Most of the Online Biz Development I’ve done involves putting the pieces together for companies who want to use the outrageous power of the Web to feed them customers.
And also to use online resources like email, Social Networking and video to take the load off their marketing, customer service and promotional efforts. That makes it easier to keep your company running, without extra manpower or adding more hours to your day.
Over time, I’ve noticed that many of the same issues come up with most small to medium-sized businesses.
